Brian Castillo, outdoorsman, student, father of two, and a beer enthusiast at heart, got his start at brewing with good friend and co-founder David Allegrezza. Brian and David started brewing as a hobby and grew that hobby into a business. With a degree in Business Management and a dedication to beer brewing, Brian develops the unique and creative recipes available by Something Brewery. Business is his skill set and Brewing is his passion.

David Allegrezza, an artist, graphic designer, marketer and bartender. I've been around beer for over 10 years in two different types of bars. I came to appreciate learning and tasting everything that came in the door. Craft beer caught my curiosity and grew as time went on. For a while I really wanted to get into home brewing and create my own beer. My old roommate and band member Brian Castillo came in and wanted to help out on the day I did my first brew, soon after we became "Something Brewery." We were a perfect match for this passion. Bartender, graphic designer, and “idea man” is the name of my game! Hope to see you real soon at the bar top for a Something beer.
Dustin Christopher, Engineer and welder by trade, computer tech, car enthusiast, and Father. I never truly appreciated beer until my best friend David Allegrezza asked me to come and brew with him. Since then I’ve not only developed more knowledge about Craft Beer, but also a certain amount of respect for it. I use my welding skills to build our amazing Brew Stands and the passion from my heart to brew “Something” unforgettable. I’m so thankful to be a part of this team and can’t wait to pour you some liquid gold.
